Method of reservation

1, Orders will be taken verbally (phone, skype) or in writing (e-mail, fax).

2, In case of written reservation our colleagues will contact you within one hour during our opening hours ( weekdays 8-18 GMT), at other times in maximum twelve hours and will inform you about the conditions of the requested service ( deadlines, prices, method of payment etc.).

3, You need to accept these conditions and confirm your reservation in writing, which will mean the acceptance of the general and special terms of use and obligation for payment.

Payment conditions

The invoice is payable latest upon the beginning the service, but the method of payment varies depending on the type of service, which will always be indicated in our written confirmation in advance.
